To be honest, anything is better then nothing, but the bigger picture is diet. Even if you were to go to the gym 6 days a week, if your diet isn't in check your results will be slow at best. Diet is the biggest part of the equation by far. Stick to it and it gets easier. I've recently lost a lot of weight, and I notice the better I stick to my diet, the better I feel and less I crave the junk. Not true, your body takes it as more of a per day or per week deal. Timing is for convenience for the most part. Look at some of the latest and greatest research on intermittent fasting for example. 16 hour fast, then eat all your calories during an 8 hour window. Person after person that starts following the lean gains method is getting more cut up then even believable, while feeling better then ever. Its moreso about macro nutrients then anything.View Thread
