I was running on the weekend (indoors, treadmill) and about 2-2 1/2 miles in I started getting a really sharp pain on my right, right under the line of my bra, like lung-ish. I started running about Jan and have been taking it slow, but almost every time around the 1 mile mark I have a really hard time catching my breath. Is this normal and just something I have to work through? The pain in my chest was pretty severe, and was painful to inhale and I want to make sure I'm still safe to continue as I'm trying to train for a half marathon in September.View Thread
