Summer is GREAT! I have been playing a lot of singles tennis. My team is playing in the playoffs on Saturday morning; wish us a win! I also continue to train for triathlons. I run 3 times a week, bike about once a week, and swim 2-3 times a week. I also like to weight train 2-3 times a week because I feel this helps guard against injury in all I do. Fun!View Thread
