For as long as I can remember, when I join a group exercise class like pilates or step ect, my feet ache at times. It doesn't matter if I wear shoes or am barefoot. It doesn't happen while running or biking. Can anyone tell me what this is, why it's happening and what I can do about it?
No, I have ruled out Plantar fasciitis, because I have no heel pain and only get the pain in my toes and balls of my feet while doing certain exercises. View Thread
