So, I'm getting married in 214/13. I have been dieting and exercising Mon-Fri and so far I have managed to lose ONLY 3LB!!!!!! I am so frustrated! I'm working with a personal trainer and all I keep hearing form them is it takes time, you will get there in no time, and your doing good. I weigh myself and it hasn't changed. My fiance and I joined the gym over a year ago and I have been going consistently, then I get discouraged when I don't see results. To top it off, we're having a destination wedding and I will be wearing a traditional Indian outfit that happens to show my stomach!! I really need help here... Any advice?View Thread
