I am 30 years old and within the last 6 years I have worked off 60 pounds with regular exercise and healthy eating habits. As a result of losing the weight I went from a nice C cup to less than an A. A year ago June I had a breast augmentation done and was told by my doctor that I should not ever do pushups again. Is this true? I have not done any since then (until this last week) but have found that as a result I am very weak in the chest area. I clean houses and paint for a living so my shoulders get a lot of use and are very strong; however I am constantly at war with tight shoulders trying hunch forward. It seems very counter-productive to work the back and not the chest area! Someone please help me here!View Thread
