Its nice to hear what others are thinking and doing with their time. I'm a 62 year old male in reasonably good shape. I enjoy biking, light hiking and walking. I also like to use stretch bands and perform yoga and or thai chi. Whatever I do I'd prefer to be able to do it anyplace I am and especially in my home. I do however belong to my local YMCA. The Y is great but that's used for more of a social setting then a workout. Thanks to all for their tips...They're valuable.View Thread
