I am 21 years old I work on night shifts and I recently started going to the gym for over 1 week. I am very motivated to lose weight. I weighed 78 kl last week. I work out more or less 1 and 30 minute. my meal consist of oatmeal mainly paired with meat mostly fish then veggie. i eat three small meals a day. i dont starve myself, i eat outside sometimes with my friends. i'd like to avoid party and drinking but. lol. anyways...View Thread
