I started my weight loss Journey June '2012. From June to November, I lost 48 lbs. Starting in November, I was not as disciplined in my journey. I had about 5 to 10 lb range that I was yo-yoing in, but never could break thru the 50 lbs mark. January 13, 2013 I started back on my journey and did very well. I exercised 5 to 7 days a week by walking and doing aerobic tapes with a friend. It has been very discouraging!!! I now have gained 10 lbs!!! Last week, I exercised but did not keep track of calories very well. This week I have done better. I think I have confused myself on this "if you eat too much you gain, but at the same time with exercising if you don't eat enough your body goes into starvation mode". As there any advise you can give to help me get over this hump!!!!View Thread
