I get on a kick to work out and eat somewhat healthy and then after a while I lose all motivation to continue (it's after a few days - not even weeks). I just started the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred for the 5th time - which I LOVE because of the fact that it doesn't take hours. How do I stay motivated? I need to lose about 15-20lbs and it's really hard when it's easier to veg on the couch than work out.View Thread
