I have had a similar pain. I exercise often (teach spin) and recently have been experiencing a sharp pain on my right side just below my chest strap. When It does happen (it does not happen every time I exercise) it usually happens after about 10-15 minutes when my heart rate is about 140 or so (I am a 61 yr old male). It is a sharp pain that only lasts for about a second or two, but it freaks me out. I was refereed for a nuclear stress test, which indicated no problems. I would like to hear if anyone has an explaination for this. I suspect it my be dietary, but would like an explanation.View Thread
