I have been working out for the last 2 years and find myself in decent shape for a 50 year old male. Was planning on going hardcore for 8 weeks in a workout program but now I have to put that on hold for quite a while.
I have been having some urologic issues and after having multiple scans done the doctors are not seeing anything so my doctor has put me on Cipro for 30 days. He specifically told me not to lift anything heavy due to possible tendon rupture and from what I see the risk continues even for several months after completing the medication.
So, with that said, is there any form of exercise that I can do that is not a risk for rupturing a tendon?View Thread
