Have a great 4th of July weekend.

I'm also glad to hear your son is doing much better. And like Deb said "don;t beat yourself up". Even us adults listen to our doctors and then finally with listen to our gut and go somewhere else. I'm hoping my gut instinct is right when I go to the endo next month.
Take care of your little guy. Have a great weekend.

I am an adult with food allergies and sometimes I do get a runny nose with certain foods. But everyone is different. I also agree with the others and having him tested would be a great idea. A pediatric allergist is recommended. Maybe he even has other allegies, like dust mites, animal dander, enviromental. Just a thought.
Good luck and Ihope you get answers.

I am definitely willing to make my own bread, providing I can have all the ingredients. I can't do corn or quinoa, but haven't tried millet yet. As I had said earlier, I did find some of the old Chebe bread mix so today I will make some and make sure it is still okay. And if it is, call local stores that carry it and buy as much as I can. I will watch for you post of the recipe.
Thank you very much.

Hi Deb,
No I haven't tried oats. My concern is cross contamination. It would have to come from a facility designated to only oats. I would be interested in the recipe. My sulfite allergy makes it even tougher as far as ingredients.
No I haven't tried duck either. Can't do turkey or chicken, so we gave up on feathered animals.
Thank you very much.
