Interesting about the cattle. Organic cows live with much less stress to the system. They aren't such heavy producers of milk and they don't have the hormones and the corn diet, so they are living a healthier lifestyle for them. Asking an animal to produce the maximum burns them out quickly, which is why commercial chickens have such a short production life (six months to one year, I believe).
I like organic fruit and vegetables if the quality is good. I really like to grow my own herbs if I can. I think the number one thing I want in an organic form is eggs, because organic brown eggs from truly free range chickens taste so incredibly good. If I could, I'd like to by a share in an organic steer, because the taste of grass fed meat is so much better to me.View Thread
