Sometimes when I know that my day is going to be long I try a good protien snack, the favorite for me and my kids is salt and pepper tofu and black olives. I take firm tofu and dry it for 30 minutes in a paper towel then cube it and put some salt and pepper on it. Have some black olives with it and it gives you enough for the rest of the day, Tuna crackers also good. apples and peanut butter.View Thread
