Hello! please can somebody help me?? I just recently made a batch of 6 muffins, and they are all homemade. I counted up the total amount of sugar and it came out to be 15g per muffin. Now, ALL THE SUGAR IS NATURAL: meaning it came from honey, bananas, and plain nonfat greek yogurt. NO ADDED SUGAR
So, Should i be worried that this is too high in sugar? I noticed that all the sugar came from bananas, but bananas are healthy! I was eating muffin one per day.View Thread
I have seen people talk about this Phyllo dough on tv, and I want to know if it is perfectly OKAY to use it in my baking? Is there trans fat in there? Is there Butter? Is there some weird UNHEALTHY ingredients in it?
Also, if it is okay to use ( instead of pie dough or something, which i can't seem to make with whole wheat dough, not talented enough ) , is there a healthy recipe that goes along with it???View Thread
what should be the list of ingredients in butter? I found some with oils, omega-3s, and all sorts of stuff. But then i found one butter stick that just says "Pasturized Cream" and something else.. ONLY 2 ingredients compared to the long list of the others!
But when i check the nutrition label, the butter with 2 Ingredients, had more FAT and CALORIES??!
