I took the 3 antibiotic regime for H-Pylori too and reacted so severely that I suffered from chronic GERD for 4 months before GI could find a med to bring me relief. I was chewing up to 20 antacids a day and nothing helped. Mix that with hight stress at work and I was in trouble. So some people react very different to antibiotics. My family doctor wanted to put me on a second run of these three stating she suspected my H-Pylori wasn't cured the first time. My GI just shook his head. Who do you trust .....mixed messages all the time. If you are like me, good luck! Oma62 was lucky.View Thread
