hello, ive been battling acid reflux for years. i have been to doctors and naturopaths and im on medication to treat it. they tell me to take once a day but i take it twice and still no results. I get nauseous and actually vomit. ive lost a significant amount of weight due to this. I have changed my diet to the point where i dont know what to eat anymore. No dairy, no gluten, no red meat, no white sugars, nothing acidic. the list goes on.... i went back to my doctor today and he suggested heartburn surgery. is this safe? has anyone ever had this procedure done before?View Thread
