Last night while sitting down doing some homework, I started getting pain in my mid back/sides maybe around my ribs. It was like a tight pain almost like my back needed to be popped but couldn't. Then the pain went to my mid chest. It's an aching pain and it hurts more when I breath in deep and when I stand up straight/put my shoulders back. This has never happened to me and I'm usually not concerned about any pain, but I have no clue what this is. I thought it would go away by the morning, but it kept me up through the night and still hurts. I tried taking a pain reliever medicine and went back to sleep, couldn't really tell if that helped. Any help of what's going on?View Thread
