Mine was different..sort of..I lost my fiance 3 days after going to Virginia to meet her family for July 4th, 2005..
every day i think of her..Sometimes it can still get to me..I have been going to the same grief support group for 6 years now..I go for the friends i've made there...
Believe me I thought for the first two years I was losing my mind but it gets better with time...A group may be a help.

I can promise time helps no matter how sad we all feel now

I've been going to the same grief support group for over 5 years...
mostly now to see the friends I've made there..about once a month now but weekly when I started.....I recommend a good support group..I know some use a work book and all that but I haven't heard much positive stuff about the kind that take you through a book then boot you out check around..Hugs

A live grief support group helped me..Opening up to people who may or may not understand is risky....Because people who haven't been through it ain't got a clue..Thats why a group helped me so much.
