I'm from Indiana, and most of my family is still there. I've mentioned both states several times. I moved to Texas 8 years ago this Feb to follow my husband who was my boyfriend at the time. We've been married 6 1/2 years now. What part of KY do you live in?? My good friend Josh has family near Paducha (spelling???) Also I used to go to Louisville to.shop all the time. My hometown is about 20 minutes west of there on I-64. Hope you have a Merry Christmas. And no, I think it's perfectly okay to tear up over anything that moves you. My father is actually doing well. He's been in remission from Lymphoma since March, and his last blood workup showed promising news. His white count is finally up where the doctors' want it to be, so hopefully he'll stop catching every little bug that he comes in contact with. (fingers crossed.) Merry Christmas to you and yours and best wishes for a happy and healthy New Year.
Cookie, don't know if you'll see this or not, but you are one bad a** girl!! That's one of the reasons why Matt wont let me drive anymore. Let's just say I suffer from a bit of road rage, especially when I'm manic. Although I'm still known to cuss an idiot or two out, especially when we're running late. Have to watch it though during the summer when people drive with their windows down.
Hey Mercey, what part of Texas do you live in??? We're in DFW, near Arlington. Just curious. Take care my friends.
You guys are all a bunch of crazies!!! Yes the world did not end, thank goodness for that. Besides, only God knows when the world when end, not even Jesus knows. Plus the end will come in a blink of the eye, so take that you doomsayers!!! Ha ha ha.
All you guys are nuts!!! I totally agree with the Big Foot thing. I would defently leave my husband in the woods with lipstick and dregs the only problem is he has no hair. I laughed so hard I woke him up. Poor baby. I love you guys. Thanks for the laughView Thread
I remember my hs graduation. Mom and I had a fight about what I was going to wear. I wanted to wear shorts, she wanted a dress, so we compromised and I wore a split skirt. Afterwards one of my friends from Ohio came to see me and spent most of my party hiding from guests. I had a blast!! For collge my family and grandparents came then we went to my aunt's for a get together. I've got the cutest pic of my little cousin wearing my cap. She was stinker. Found memories.View Thread
Now I don't know about the pulling down of laundry but our cat Jack likes to sleep iin the dryer if you leave it open and Bubby will pee on anything that has hubbie's sent on it. He hates my husband something awful. We usually yell at him but he does it anyway. Hubbie say as long as it's not his work uniform he'll put up with it. Guess because he's my cat and I love him.View Thread
Hope you have fun. My hubbie is taking me to the lake to feed the fish. Down by the marina there's a large feeding area for carp that are about 30 lbs big or bigger and they flop around splash and it's so funny. We might go to a movie also. Really looking forward to it. Have a good day.View Thread
Hubbie's grandparents did the same with him. He didn't get his first job until after he had graduated from High School. He turned out fine, is one of the hardest workers I know. She'll be fine Cookie. I knew several people who didn't work until they got into College or out of HS. Don't worry. However I agree that what your ex and hubbie's grandparents did was wrong.View Thread
