I been having stomach and back pains on and off for about a year. I am a breast cancer survivor. I have visited the urgent care dept. of my health care facility and the emergency room on numerous occassion and each time they can not seem to find anything. I finally, decided to go to another emergency room at a different hospital on April 7 . They did an ultrasound on my gull bladder and my abdomen and diagnosed a echogenic liver. They told me to call the gastrolologist to be seen within 2-4 days. I tried to get an appointment with that hospital's gastrology dept. I explained my condition and the appointment clerk told me the earliest opening was in July. Then I contacted my health center and explained my condition and was told the earliest appointment would be April 20.
Now I don't know anything about this condition and I am wondering should I have to wait so long to be seen, and would this not allow the problem to worsen. I went to the webmd and look up this condition, the liver look very bad. Can you tell me what I need to do about this situation. I am beginning to worry.
I am sorry that you are going through some hard times right now, truly given up is not the answer. Have you sat down and talked with your husband about how you feel? Certainly the women have given you some good advise that may help your situation. My husband had colonrectal cancer, surgery, chemo and radiation and our sex life is none existent. He's had some issue about his manhood, after sitting down with him and allowing him to express his feels and some reassuring from me has helped him. It's not the end of life and people all over the world go through tuff times. Don't give up there is hope for you just around the next bend.
We have a strong faith and belief in Jesus Christ and that has helped us get through many crisis. I encourage you to seek his guidance and direction.View Thread
