I had a scenario very similar to this, itchy right breast and then sudden onset of intense breast pain. Mammogram and ultrasound results are negative. My doctor wanted to send me to a surgeon for...for what?! To make a long story short, I am now using apple cider vinegar applied to my right itchy nipple with huge success (I have a little glass cup that I pour the apple cider vinegar into and hold it to my nipple for a little while after my shower and let it air dry...I am itch-free all day.) With regard to the sudden onset of breast pain, after all the medical tests revealed no solution except to consult a surgeon, I suspected that I might be deficient in vitamin E and so started taking 800 IUs per day. Instantly the pain left and has not returned, not even a little. Not even the "pre-menstrual" type of dull ache that preceded the sudden flare-up of this different and disturbing type of pain. I changed doctors and when I mentioned this, she said: "Western medicine does not have reason why vitamin E works, but my research indicates that it does help alleviate breast pain"...! So let me say that I am post menopausal (which doesn't seem to matter with this kind of pain - or itch)...and let me also say to be careful with your vitamin E dosage because like other oil-based vitamins like D3, it can become toxic if you take too much for too long...I hope this information helps. I looked for a long time for some solutions.View Thread
