I like AZO "for PMS". It has natural ingredients. One time I got dizzy and had to leave church and go lay down in the car. Then went to a pharmacy and found the AZO product. It helped a lot! I'd also suggest being sure to get enough iron, whether it's supplements and/or foods that have iron but are easy to digest and not add to an upset stomach. I like Malt O Meal especially during that time. Being low in iron or not getting enough water can make you more tired, and I think make cramps worse. "Force" yourself to sip lots of cold water. I sometimes barely eat for a day or two of my cycle. Avoid things like broccoli and have carrots, as an example, as carrots aren't going to add to a gas problem. Eating lighter foods, perhaps avoiding meat or anything too rich can help, too.View Thread
