You know I realized something... Well, firstly, Of course the spotting started again yesterday
but I realized probably 4 or a little less, yrs ago my OB did a test where she went thru my cervix and pulled a pieceof my uterus off for testing. I remember her calling me and explaining what sounds like the unstable uterus and that it was an imbalance. I remember her not being concerned, and discussing bc, but I knew I wanted a second baby so I didn't explore it. I was never told of any fibroids or polyps. I had a sono done for a follicle study about 3 yrs ago. Could an unstable uterus always be there? Are there any risks long term from this? I do appreciate all your information!!View Thread

Thank you, Jane. Yes, I did have an adjustememt to my synthroid in July and had a f/up lab done just last month and my levels are within perfect range. I had my full CBC done at the same time, and all was good. From your experience, could the uterine lining that causes a less stable uterus, develop a cancerous uterus? Are there specific symptoms one would experience from uterine cancer that I should be aware of? Especially since PCOS could make one more at risk. I am not sure if I ovulate, but I have been having a regular period every 30-35 days since my thryoid levels are within range now. The red spotting has not happened since that day, and no breakthrough spotting since either. I appreciate the information! Since the spotting has stopped, would it be safe to continue with my annual scheduled in Dec/Jan? Would they even look for uterus issues unless I brought up the breakthrough bleeding?View Thread

Hello, I am 34 mother of 2. My youngest is 18 months old. I do have PCOS, and hashimoto's that is controlled thyroid levels. My periods have been regular. (I did post yesterday about my orgasm's being very weak and not really peaking like I am used to). After my daughter my periods seem to last roughly 7 days now. I ended it on Sun, and today I have brown spotting, so some old blood. After I used the bathroom, and I was straining myself, I had bright red blood from my vagina when I wiped. I know I have had this before, and I suffered from a friable cervix during my pregnancies. I have had normal paps every year. I had a biopsy done when I was preg with my son bc I developed what looked like warts on my cerivx, they were not, and no HPV thankfully either. Just a reaction to my hormones.
Everything I read online suggests that the bleeding could be a sign of cervical cancer. I am due to go back to the OB for my annual dec/jan. My last pap was last Nov and was normal. Is it possible that it could have devloped since then? I pray not! I have had this before, I just never noticed if it was so close to either starting/stopping my period, or if this is a symptoms of PCOS.
Are those with PCOS (with regular periods), at a greater risk for cervical/ovarian cancers? I am not on any BC. Thank you very much!View Thread

Hello, I am 34 mother of a 5 yr old and 18 month old. I have hypothryoid that is controlled and PCOS- have had regular periods, usually every 30 days or so. I have a normal sex drive with my spouse. For the last few months I have noticed that my orgasms have become very weak. I will have the normal sensations leading up to, and don't struggle tp get there, but once I feel like I am going to peak I am left sensative as normal, but the peak sensation is almost non existant.
any specific reasons on what could correct this? I miss my old intense orgasms, way more satisfying and relaxing. Thank you!!View Thread

Hello- I have PCOS for many years now, I have a long history of ovarian cysts. My periods have been coming very month, to two months. Last period was a month later. Tuesday I started having sensationa around my righ ovary as though I may havr a cyst. (tightning feeling/stabbing feeling). I felt it slightly on the left as well. It's been sporadic since then. Before I started having what can best be described as sharp gas pains throughout my abdomen. I've never felt a cyst rupture. Could this be a possible sign of it? Anything I should be concerned with, ot look out for?
Thank you.View Thread

Thank you, Gail. It definitely feels to be the ribs. But on the ribs itself, it feels like a little tiny bump. It is hard, and it felt more pronounced on the left from the right. I was feeling the area a lot the other day, so the both sides are still very sore today. It is possible to develop cancerous lumps in this part of the body?View Thread

Hello:)
I was curious if this is a normal part of a female anatomy. Yesterday I was feeling around the flat part of my chest, roughly 2 inches above the start of the top of the breast. I felt bone, and it feels like a tiny ridge, bump kinda of feeling. I was feeling it all day, so today it feels very sore. I can feel something domewhat the same on the right, i felt it easier on the left, so it feels more pronounced. It definitely feels on the bone there. Not sure if it could be a muscle, but it's not technically on the breast itself, its the flat skin above it, about 2 inch above. Is it possible to have a lump develop in this area, and be related to breast cancer? When i do a breast exam I dont usually feel this area, just the whole breast tissue, and into my arm pits. I am dort of worried, but finding comfort in that they feel simewhat the same on both sides.View Thread

I have been sick for the last 7 days and couting with a viral infection. Since Friday I have been coughing a lot. I am not due for my period until mid May. I have been spotting red blood today. (I do have PCOS) off and on. I am having discomfort on my lower left side, more toward under my ovary vs the ovary area, more near the fold to my thigh. Could the pain be lower like this (side left pain/above pubic bone/below ovary) with a ruptured ovarian cyst? I am thinking maybe the hard coughing from days has created this...View Thread

I am in no way in the medical field, but I can speak from personal experience. I had pierced my belly button many years ago, and the way that I knew it was infected was by what you are explaining. Mine too had a discharge, and and very foul odor. I removed the jewlery (in which you already did)...and cleaned it often with alcohol. I would maybe try that first and see if it resolves. If not, I would seek out medical attention to rule everything out. Good luck!!View Thread
