About This Community
What is a Challenge and How Does It Work?

The Healthy Plate Recipe Challenge is a 6-week challenge set up so that members can compete for "braggin' rights" for the best fruit and veggie recipes.

Each Monday, beginning Oct. 3rd, our moderators will post a new challenge prompt around a specific fruit, vegetable or type of fruit or vegetable. Members can submit their recipes for those specific prompts and the recipes with the most votes will appear daily in the updated Popular Recipes module on the right side of the page.

Votes will be tallied throughout the six weeks, and the Leaderboard on the right of the page will be updated weekly to show which members have the most overall votes.

At the end of each week, the winners of the weekly challenge will be announced to the entire WebMD Community, along with links to the winning recipes.

At the end of the 6-week challenge, the overall winners will be announced across the community and in other areas of WebMD.

We hope you'll join us in this Challenge, share your best recipes, and vote for the ones you like most.

How to Post Your Recipe:

Once you have read the weekly prompt, you can post your recipe for voting by clicking "Recipe" from the orange Post Your Own drop-down at the top of the board page.

What if I just have a question or comment?

If you don't want to post a recipe but just have a question or want to make a comment, choose "Discussion" from the Post Your Own drop-down.

Moderators will be on hand to help out with any questions you have.
