My husband hates cooked spinach, So I have been "hiding" spinach in spaghetti meat sauce for years. Now I have a better way, I place a bed of fresh baby spinach leaves on individual plates, season lightly with some olive oil, balsamic vinegar salt and pepper. Pan fry in olive oil and a little butter a slice of meat,chicken or fish, and drizzle with fresh lemmon juice. Place the cooked meat on the bed of spinach and pour pan drippings over all. Voila! Fresh spinach at every meal, full of vitamins and great taste.View Thread
