The last several months i've had a stabbing pain in my chest that comes and goes. My heart flutters and races (no matter how much or how little caffine I've had). I get random dizziness, headaches, and fluctuate from being tired to not able to sleep all the time. I am 34 years old. I'm 5ft 0in tall and weigh 160 (Iknow, not good but I'm trying to lose weight). There was a thought by a doctor a while back that I had mitrial valve prolapse. Heart disease and diabetes runs in the family. Don't know if it makes a difference or not but I had shingles a few months ago and most of this started about 2 weeks after I got better. Should I be overly concerned or am I over reacting?View Thread
