Non Drug therapies for Depression
http://myheartsisters.org/2011/08/05/non-drug-therapies-for-depression-in-heart-patients/View Thread

Y does it seem that American companies are not willing to put the backing behind these supplements that obviously work. The type of clinical studies that are needed to justify a lot of the skepticism cost millions. Being a form pharm rep it seems to come back down to if Big business can't make a buck then they will discredit it.
Lastly, Do you know personally of any cases where someone over dosed on supplements/vitamins?View Thread

Another great place to find information is on:

I think people do not take into consideration the importance of the health of our veins. If these are not functioning in a proper manner then things such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol come into play. If you have healthy vein/ endothelieum health then your body is able to circulate and process our blood properly. There is actually new research going on that contributes to the importance of vein/artery health.
So in conclusion your instinct is telling you that maybe you should look at some alternatives which I have then go with it. I will provide some informational links for additional reading soon.

This guy is a leading Cardiologist at the cleveland clinic that did a study that shows how heart disease can be reversed. Our bodies are a perfectly designed machine that function well when taken care of. It is working really hard to correct to heal itself and IT CAN if you give it the proper fuel.
Also, stay away from the anxiety meds if possible. I was a drug rep who sold the number 1 depression and anxiety med on the planet. it brings a lot of other factors into play that can lead to more complications.

I read about the Glycocalyx and it being on our endothelium and protecting our arteries. Ideally if we have a protector on our artery walls like a film on our eye shouldn't this help maintain our artery integrity not allowing cholesterol stick to it?View Thread
