Hi, I have some very similar symptom as the ones you describe. I am 30 and I have done quite a bit of research as well as have had many trips to the doctors office, also cardiologists office and nothing has given me any clues to what the problem is. My uncle passed away at 32 from a massive heart attack but I have been told that he lived a very unhealthy life style. I am not over weight, work out about twice a week, don't smoke, and eat half way decent. I was put on a anxiety medication to see if that would help an to my suprise it did help a little bit. My blood pressure went down from around 140/100 to 120/80 and my chest pressure was relieved by probably 50 percent. Steeler1081, have you found anything that helps? Did you every try muscle relaxers?View Thread
