I have a list of symptoms. Most of which Im not sure if they are collective towards a heart condition.
Suddenly my symptoms have changed to another side/extreme, so the list will be divided in to 2 sections.
Past 4 months to a week ago:
-Stress fevers. (small but often. daily or every other day.) -Severely blurred/cloudy concentration. (daily) -Problems digesting. (weight gain. feeling of uncomfortable rocklike weight in stomach. lack of digesting sounds.) -Dull, throbbing stomach pain when i havnt eaten enough/at the time im hungry. Accompanied by dull headaches and pain at the back of my neck and jitteryness, and clouded concentration. -Irritability.
For the past week most of the above symptoms were replaced except for the stress fevers and stomach pain.
-Feeling the lack of blood in extremities in the morning. -One time waking up cold. (way too cold) Body wouldnt heat up properly lying down. While working in a 70 degree F building couldnt generate enough heat and became extremely cold. -After grocery shopping i felt tired and hot. Laid down and curiously listened to my heart. After a few seconds I heard and felt my heart quickly go through early diastole and atrial systole 3 times without completing the cycle, make a gurgling sound, pause, then resume its cycles weakly.
Recently i tested my heart in curiosity. Lying down at rest- 60 bpm Sitting at rest- 70 bpm Sleeping- 70 bpm Sitting after long duration of movement- 75-90 bpm (90bpm recorded after sitting for 10 min after prolonged movement, went down further, almost normal, after 30 min)
Had my blood pressure tested in the brand new system the grocery store had installed recently. "Your blood pressure was 106 / 70. Your heartrate was 89." Heartrate was fast due to just sitting down at the blood pressure system after walking and shopping for groceries.
So walking probably around 90-100 bpm.
A week ago i stopped taking multivitamins and
History- Last year i was told by my doctor that stress had caused my heart to exhibit bradycadia-like symptoms. Which was mostly fair. I went through a year long struggle healthwise including near paralysis (inability to move after waking for long periods and in the evening after exerting myself), severe reactions to temperature, and a few other things that made life difficult.
Ive gotten much better since then and am managing my stress with the help of Stresstabs. My current symptoms feel like minor versions of the symptoms of when i was very ill. However the feelings now are still problematic because i believe they have the capacity to easily get worse.
