Please can a doctor answer for me ASAP ? My recent echo has showed up a new problem. A 1cm echo free space behind right ventricle. Does this mean I have pericardial effusion or fluid in the heart ? I am now having blood tests for kidneys, thyroid, liver etc I also have mild tr, pr and previous history of many pes in lungs.
Please as I need to know what it means in plain English.
Well my potassium came back raised at 5.8 also. The echo free space didn't show up last year as my right ventricle is enlarged. This showed up last months ech (review). Really not being told anything so I'm totally in the dark on this and what's going on. Re test potassium bloods next week.View Thread
Hi Iv hex of chronic pulmonary embolus in both lungs. Last episode 1 year ago. I had my review scans and my echo is still showing right ventrical mildly enlarged. Mild tricuspid regurgitation, mild pulmonary regurgitation. I'm worried this will progress to moderate enlargement. Is this possible ? I get badly out of breath cleaning and my bottom lip goes a dark colour and I have cold sweats on exertion. Please anyone let me know what you think. Thank you xView Thread
