Hi. I have a question? What physical feelings led you to a doctor? I am having heart pain and question whether it is bad enough to see a doctor or continue waiting. For your question...I would look into natural remedies and RELAXATION techniques. Walking is one of the best things in the sense of exercise. Humans are equipped and meant to walk. If I were you, this is where I would start. Just walk. A little more often and go from there. A body no matter which part needs time to heal from any surgery and the time to reverse damage that is done. In time your heart will heal and then strengthen. Just keep walking; for your heart, joints, blood flow, and overall functioning of the body. Walking will also help to release the 'feel-good' hormones that promote positivity and anti-anxiety which will aid with your panic. All the best to you, dear brother. I have had heart pain for a few weeks now. The last few days have worsened; a dull ache bordering on pain. It is fairly constant and will dissipate for a few minutes and return. It extends through to the upper middle back where I feel the need to stretch it out but with no relief. I breathe deeply and try to relax. This feeling lasts all day and night with periods of comfort. I am not short of breath but do feel pressure on my heart which makes me feel the need to breathe deeply. My heart beats hard but not faster than usual. I get very tired at times. I am a 42 year old female who has a history of heavy smoking. No other bad habits per se and do not eat meat. I don't exercise so not much cardio and I am not overweight. When do I take these symptoms seriously enough to go to a hospital? How bad should pain get and what should I be feeling in the sense of pain to warrant a hospital visit? Thank you for your help, in advance.View Thread
