Im sorry but this time I dont understand your reply.
In my opinion I have done all the correct things to do. eat healthy, exercise, vanish salt, alcohol. The only thing that is interfering with my life is the crazy heart palipations. I have always been 100% truthful on what I have been told.
I honestly do not understand why this heart issue is being abnormal for the normal cardiologist.
For the past 6 yrs I have done my best not fail myself and to be complete control on my heart and making sure I do alll that I can to keep it semi-livable
thank you againView Thread

July 19, 2012 I had my 4th heart ablation. And was forced to go onto a heart drug called Dilitzem 120mg because the PA informed me that if I dont try it, this doctor will not be able to do anymore procedures. I did try, it stopped the palpitations(or at least I couldnt feel them) but instructions to take my blood presure 3x a day, I did and most days my reading were 111/107 heart 135. I took myself off of the drug, becuse this doctors PA didnt read how ultra sensative Im to "drugs". Plus I told the doctor should they use a probe(?) to destroy the fast heart rates my heart will enlarge/swell indicating that there is no more fast heart beats and that she will need another doctor to assist. because my heart will play "hide m sneak". I know I am not a doctor but since 2007 I do believe I know what my body does.
Well they think it may be behind the heart not all in front of the heart.
What solid advantages would I have if I suggest a Maze procedure?
thank you again and again for your patience and knowledge. I get my courage from all of you.View Thread

Thank you all very much for your support and answers. What I have been told SVT at times goes into A-Fib for a short time. For the past 6 yrs I thought it would go all away. Whatever God's plan is for me at the age of 53 I wish he would make his mind up. THis is getting old and exhausting.
Many thanks againView Thread

Thank you again for helping find the correct answers. Apparently the specialist explained to me that my heart muscle is ultra sensitive to foreign objects and what the heart does is swell over the device making it look like the ablation has taken. My first surgeon told me I will always be different. LOL. I know I have been driving all of you crazy. You are the only people who has taken the time to explain issues for me. But as soon as I take a few good steps I fall back to the first step. Being stubborn and trying to continue to live a normal life as I did before and will continue to. At times I need to give into the symptoms than fight them. I hope all other readers will understand that the knowledge and support I get from Webmd is sincerely appreciated.View Thread

I recently found my reason for having palpitations during the day, waking up in the middle of the night. I was told that I have Supraventricular Tachycardia and at times it goes into A-Fib; AGAIN . I was given a stress test with a breathing machine I passed most of it the endurance of the treadmill which I have passed all of them in the past as well.
It is so frustrating knowing that in April & June 2010 I had heart ablations. For some time I have felt the heart race, pounding starting January 2011. I do not understand why it came back? How does it come back? I am overweight by 17 pounds (per the medical charts) Im active 53 yr women who exercises, ballroom dances, I DO NOT eat fried or fatty foods. Please explain why this is re-occurring. I thought after 2007 & 2010 all would be perfect. its not fairView Thread
