I love oatmeal, too, but there is not enough fat in it, even with dried cranberries in it, or chunky applesauce, cut up peaches, strawberries....but oatmeal and a piece of toast with peanut butter....there ya go!View Thread

Welcome to the shivery, headachy, irritable, ball-baby, up, down, sideways club! Just when I thought my body was getting used to this junk, the middle part (6-8 weeks) got harder! Then, suddenly, I felt pretty well. I am a clogger (you are a runner), and I went to class and at first I was very winded. I sat down several times, but I was so happy to be with happy people and dancing, even a little, I kept up with it. For some reason, using my lungs more than I had in 8 weeks seemed to clear out my head. The endorphins kicked in or something. And so far, for five days, I have had more energy and stamina than I did before.
I just had my 8-week blood draw and hope I am still undetectable. I am keeping my fingers crossed for you and all of us who are going the distance with this treatment. You're doing great!!!

In the AM I loooooooove, love, love Jimmy Dean's snack-size sausage biscuits with a bit of mustard; a large bagel with about 3 tablespoons of cream cheese; toast with about 3 tablespoons of peanut butter (or two tablespoons of real butter); stuff that I would never eat otherwise. Cholesterol and triglycerides are up, but no one seems concerned, because after 12 weeks when I am off the fatty meal, it should go back to normal. Of course, I will have to break my ice cream fix!!!View Thread

it gets a little harder. But now that I am on week eight and will have my 8-week blood draw on Thursday, I can't wait to see how it looks. My 4-week blood draw showed the virus undetectable! So far, so good. The tricky part will be keeping it undetectable for the entire 11 months. I AM looking forward to getting off of the Incivek in about six weeks. Should feel more normal by then. Good luck with your treatment, Dear.NanceView Thread
