I am 17 years old, and have just been diagnosed with Hepitic C. I have gotten it from being Rapped 5 year's, ago, which absolutly sucks. The good thing is though I have a very supportive boyfriend, who understands me, and hopefully we will be able to get throw this.
I am still scared though, I have read almost everything that there is to read online, and every site's statistics are different, on how many people actually have serious conditions from Hepitise C, so I have no clue what im up against.
I have to dramatically change my diet, ever-time after I ate, I had this sharp, dull pain in my upper right side below my rib cage, which I now know is were the liver is located, so thats a relief, that i now know what was causing that pain, however I now half to have no-red meat which really sucks, because i love stake, and cheezburgers, and meetball sandwiches, even though im only 115 pounds. Anyways does anyone have any ideas about good meal options, and nutrition advice about living with Hepitic C.
I have no clue, about any of my labs since I just got diagnosed last thursday, I am awaiting to hear about all of that.View Thread
