Well I know my story might sound horrible, and i hope i will wise up and learn from my mistakes... back in August 2013 i had an unprotected sexual intercourse with an escort girl, then again i had another unprotected sexual intercourse with another girl in late December 2013 and again with the same girl beginning of March i think but this third time i was more responsible and wiser and it was protected with condom and didn't even penetrate it because i was starting to worry about HIV... So we just did body rubbing...
FYI: both girls told me that they were tested before and they are fine) and told me to stop thinking about it.
So I got worried and I heard about Oraquick in Home HIV test (oral swab) and i bought it and I tested myself 5 months after the first exposure (august) it was negative... Then I waited 12 weeks after the second exposure and tested myself with the same kit Oraquick Oral swab and it was also negative... And i did it again at 17 weeks after the second exposure also Negative.
I know my question might sounds stupid but should i test again for the last exposure after 12 weeks!!! it was protected with condom and not even penetration happened and with the same girl at the third time!!!!
I tested for Syphilis, Gonorrhea, and Chlamydia at an STD clinic.... And my tests came back negative. I have some symptoms of muscles aches (In my neck, arms and shoulder and legs) (pain like pinching, twitching, pain that radiates and hits into my arms, neck ,legs and shoulder and even my knee and the pain comes and goes) and i have some red skin around my thighs and knees... They told me at the clinic I should see my primary doctor it could be muscle spasm problem. Or any other thing!!! Because these symptoms are not related to any STD!!!
So what do you think I can trust the Oraquick test results as a conclusive result HIV Negative. I read on Oraquick official website that this Oral fluid test is as just accurate as other antibody tests!!! I think it is yes because the STD clinic I went to they also use the same test kit i used (Oraquick Oral swab) for HIV testing... And they told me it is accurate and reliable. So do I need any more further testing or stop testing and move on? Thank s Gail....View Thread
