Ramipril is just one of the several ACEinhibitor class of BP meds.
For those that can't tolerate ACEinhibitors there are ADR class of meds.
And then there are other classes of BP meds such as Calcium Channel Blockers and Diuretics. And several others.
First of all take at least one of your BP meds (except diuretics) at bedtime. For most people that give better BP control. And if you have comfortable side effects after taking the meds they will be when you sleep.
Talk with your pharmacist about the side effects. They are the specialist. And see what they recommend.
