Im a male 21 in good shape and work out regularly i train cross fit for endurance i have been diagnosed with high blood pressure for over a year now but i believe i have had it moste my life. I go to the doctor all the time but now its getting to be a waste of time and money they just want to put me on a new medication every time but nothing seems to really drop it very much, i check my bp all the time and on a good day ill be 140/ 60 but usually it runs around 170/80 I dont feel stressed iv taken all kinds of tests and blood tests the docs dont know anything Its just something im going to just have to live withView Thread
