Please go to the Dr- that is the first thing you need to do and don't stop going when they don't want to do anything about high blood pressure. Monitor your blood pressure several times a week at different times a day - The Mayo Clinic also puts out a great book called the "Dash DIet" onhow to lower your blood pressure and cholesterol with diet.
