Thanks for the information. It amazed me, by using the tracker, how much salt was hidden in the little things. I have been reading labels and I don't use salt in any of my cooking. But I still managed to be going over the 1500mg. I went out and found a low salt cookbook put out by the heart association and am sitting down this weekend and planning out my meals for 2 weeks.
