I've read so much about IBS diets and healthy diets that I'm totally confused. I can lose weight and have the most energy on a Paleo type of diet with ONLY fruits, veggies, and low-fat meats (no dairy or grains or sugars). But I have IBS-C, so I need lots of fiber (grains) and can't tolerate much protein. Has anyone found a diet that works for health, weight, AND IBS-C?View Thread
