How were you tested - specific test? - for celiac disease? Many times the regular blood test to check for that issue may not pop positive for a number of years after the problem first surfaces..........so I'm wondering.
Do you have any rashes of any kind? Any brain-fog? Any symptoms that might not seem to be GI related?View Thread

You may also want to look into the link between gluten and dairy, and 'issues' or correlations that are found between those two food groups and MC. There's some decent information on enterolab.com or google the subject.View Thread

Find out if anyone in your family has either gluten issues (celiac or gluten sensitivity) or dairy sensitivity. If there is a familial history, make sure your doc checks you for IgA/IgG intolerance to gluten and dairy - preferably via fecal antibody test. The blood tests are notoriously unreliable. And if your medical professional tells you they checked for gluten issues via biopsy and nothing was found, take it one step further and do the fecal antibody test via enterolab.com. It's 'saved' many a person years of agony when the standard tests came back negative.View Thread

The other thing to try would be to ask your doc to prescribe either a bile-binding resin like questran, or use a medication like welchol.
You're probably still going to have to watch what you eat in the way of fatty or greasy foods, but both methods might make you a lot more comfortable.
Hopefully in time the situation may resolve itself.View Thread
