I have not discovered that other soda pops do anything at all. I drink few sugary drinks or soda pop. And I don't know if it has anything to do with the quinine, the lemon zest, or what. I just know it's working for me.
Things that didn't work for me included: dietary changes, Zelnorm, Mylanta Gas, homeopathic remedy for colic, peppermint tea... until now, it's just been "deal with it" but this seems to be working. Hallelujah!
I would love to hear if it helps anyone else.View Thread
I have been taking enzimes for digestion and they help but I have to take them with every meal and I sometimes forget. This past week I have had really bad cramps just prior to the loose bowels. I have stopped eating popcorn altogether.
I eat plenty of fiber such as brocolli, beans, apples. I had a colonoscopy about 5 years ago and they did not find anything. I have gone to another doctor and he gave me a prescription that is for high colesterol and it helped for a little while. If things don't get alot better quickly I am going to have to find another doctor.View Thread
I inherited severe IBS from basically my entire family on both sides. Colon Cancers runs in my family, just about every other generation ends up with cancerous polyps or full blown colon cancer.
I have always had constipation, flatulence, vomiting, the whole nine.
I had tried every fiber product, pro biotics, kefir, prescription meds, etc, etc.
I found out about an all organic company called Blessed Herbs through a good friend and ordered their "Digestive Stimulator". It cured me completely.
Also, a product called "Digest Gold" delivers an equal result in comparison to Blessed Herbs and I take both regularly.
Take them please, you won't regret it!View Thread

Please do not be shy. We have heard it all! Tell us everything you can, in as much detail as you can. Include any and all tests you have had and types of doctors you have seen.
Keep in mind that IBS is an "elimination diagnosis", so we cannot tell you if you have IBS, but we can offer a lot of advice and opinions on what we think it could be, tests we think you should request, things you might try on your own, etc.
We are glad to have you, and we hope we are able to help you!View Thread
