I am 64 years old. I have been self catheterizing for 15 years because of an enlarged prostate which caused my bladder to enlarge as well. My bladder can hold over (1) one gallon of urine at any given time. When I catheterize, my void time sometimes exceeds 3-1/2 minutes. I was having continuous badder infections ever since I started catheterizing, but they have recently subsided since I've been taking XYMOGEN UritraX supplement. I have two questions: 1) What problems might I incur down the road from my severely distended bladder? 2) Will "distended bladder therapy" be of any help for me at all?View Thread
