My DH and I've been TTC for 4.5 years with PCOS and recurrent miscarriage (3 losses). I've always been active, but now I'm afraid to exercise (especially after ovulation), because I don't want to "shake things up." I know that conventional wisdom says that exercise can't cause a miscarriage, but I'd really like to know if there are some gentle, safe exercises that I can do throughout my cycle without worrying that it's preventing a fertilized egg from implanting.
