My husband and I have been ttc for 1 yr. We found out this summer our problems were at least partly due to low sperm count, and problems with motility and morphology. My husband hd a varicoleve removed in mid september and now we are waiting the 3 months to see if things improve. My question is should we be concerned about medications he is on now. He has developed arthritis and the Rheumatologist wanted to put him on Methotrexate but from what I read it can lower sperm counts and lead to birth deffects if the man takes it. So he has held off on taking it for now and we are hoping we can find an alternative that is safer. But he also takes citalopram, levothyroxin and omeprozalone. I can't find any conclusive information telling me if these are safe. Any idea?View Thread
