My nurse just called back with the bloodwork, and she said I'm very pregnant, and doesn't know how my HPTs were not more definitive.
Thank you ladies for all of the support and care. None of my close friends or family have infertility problems, so I appreciate being able to communicate with you all.
To those who are still trying, don't give up, or fully believe negative HPTs. I never thought this day would come

So today is 8dp5dt for me. My husband and I finally broke down and took an at home pregnancy test. It was negative

Not giving up hope just yet, but now have doubt. We go in Monday for a blood test. I plan on testing again on Sunday.
I wanted to ask you all, what day past your transfer (for those who have done IVF) did the positive show up? Best wishes to everyone going through fertility treatments. You ladies have been a godsend, as none of my friends or family have had fertility problems that I can confide in.View Thread

I tested 8dp5dt, and received a negative HPT result. Last night was 12dp, and had two lines, one very faint. My nurse said she has no idea how I received a "possibly pregnant result" because my bloodwork shows the opposite.
All this being said, do not give up hope. I cried too many tears this weekend for nothing, and now wish I hadn't of don't a HPT and gotten so upset and down.
Sending you lots of prayers and thoughts. Please keep me posted on your journey

Trying to hold out for a few more days, we will see if I can last!View Thread

The embryos were 5-6 days old. Since I had a high number from the retrieval we were able to wait until the latest possible blastocyst stage for the transfer. Yes was incredible to see the embryos on the monitor before they went into the catheter. (Not sure if all IVF labs have this or not. I live near the Houston med center, and our clinic & lab seem pretty state of the art).
We were supposed to get a call back Friday that never came regarding how many would be froze. My doctor said she expected it to be 10-12.
Hope all of you ladies are having an amazing weekend with all of the wonderful news this week

My procedure was early this morning around 8:30. Got home safe and sound but just woke up around 5:30 - was shocked I slept so long! Very sore, with a small amount of bleeding. How long was it before you all were back to your normal routine?
My transfer is Wednesday - praying it goes the way we hope
Thank you all for all of the support through this process. I have no friends or family who are going through fertility issues, so it has been wonderful to speak with you all.View Thread
I had a total of 24 eggs, 17 were mature, and 14 fertilized. Had my transfer yesterday - one of the most amazing experiences. Incredible to see the embryos beforehand, knowing what they might possibly grow into, and the transfer on the screen.
Now the wait....View Thread

I actually had my embryo transfer yesterday too. Now for the 10 day wait.... Was amazing to see the two little embryos before they made the transfer - life is amazing.
My husband and I were joking on our way to the hospital that yesterday was a lucky day with it being 11/7 - two lucky numbers. It definitely was for you. Keep me posted on your blood test!!!View Thread
