Also, try drinking two 32 oz. gatorades a day - this will help keep your electrolytes in balance and well as keep you hydrated. I too am trying to get information about carrying a child. If anyone has any further info please share. I take 20 mEq of potassium - 8 per day: mag oxide 400 mg - 10 per day and spironolactone 150 mg per day. I teach aerobics I always take one extra pill: with our syndrome, it would be very very hard to take too much.View Thread
