First i was tested positive for maganise metal which is only 1% in my
hardware in my right knee. The other metals in my knee it came
up negative. They are nickel, cobalt, chromium and others.I had a severe reaction to the maganise metal.I too am in lots of
pain and swelling and i lost motion in my knee from 80 degrees to about 70 degrees.Since about 5 months ago i been feeling sick to my stomack, though i'am not sick.My bone scan came up positive, ithe nucalar med. doctor think i also have a fracture inside my knee, which the x-ray never did detect.Just hang in there and let me know what is going on with you.Take care LynnView Thread

problems as I.In sept.2010 I had tkr on my right knee.I had no
feeling in my right knee for 3 days after my surgery.Today my right side of my knee and parts of my leg are still numb to the
touch.I too have real bad pain and swelling in my right knee
and i get severe cramps in my right foot and toes.I just learned from an QME second opion doctor from workers comp that i could have major nerve damage from the surgery on my right
knee.I just saw my surgion today from a referral from my pain mgt. doctor, and he said my right knee is swelling real bad and
he order me a knee brace and referred me to another doctor
because he thinks my body could be rejecting my hardware.I
also go to beverly hills ca tomorrow for a nerve test on my right knee.I will keep everyone posted on what happens from here. But after reading all the other posts in here ,there is here
there is hardly anything could be done to improve our condition.Best of luck to everyone in here bye for now take
